I have seen the solar eclipse with naked eyes.

1. Effect on eyes During a solar eclipse, the sun's harmful rays (ultraviolet and infrared) can damage the eyes. Viewing without safety glasses can burn the retina, which can also cause permanent blindness. This is called "solar retinopathy", in which vision may become weak or blurry. 2. Effect on the body Some people may feel headache, eye irritation, or fatigue.
There is a slight change in the atmosphere during the eclipse, which may cause weakness or dizziness in some sensitive people. 3. Religious and cultural beliefs In Hinduism, there is a tradition of not eating food and keeping temples closed during eclipse. Pregnant women are advised not to go out during the eclipse, as it is believed that it can affect the baby's health. 4. How to watch safely? Use solar filter glasses or welding glasses (number 13 or 14) to view the solar eclipse. Do not use the telescope or binoculars directly, this can increase the damage. The eclipse can be enjoyed without looking directly by using the pinhole projection method. If you want to see the solar eclipse, always watch it using scientific methods and with proper safety measures. And I have seen the solar eclipse with naked eyes. And one eye got slightly damaged but the other eye became 2 times sharper.
